SABOR: San Antonio home sales up March 2016

​​​​SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has
released home sales data for March 2016.

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased
  to $184,000, up 4.5 percent from February 2016.

• Existing single-family home sales increased 25.5 percent
  from February 2016 for a March 2016 total of 1,969 sold units.

• Condos increased in price to $115,000, up 0.0 percent from
  February 2016.

• Existing condo sales increased 34.7 percent in March 2016
  from February 2016 for a total of 66 sold units.
