AUSTIN - Mission Hills Apartments, located at 2900 Sunridge Drive, has sold. Built in stages in 1999 and 2001, the 344-unit multifamily community was 90 percent leased at the time of closing.

Floor plans include one- and two- bedroom units, with rents ranging from $875 to $1,200.

The property was most recently valued at $19,015,338, about a 70 percent increase since 2011.

The buyers, Origin Investments and F&B Capital, plan to renovate and rebrand the property.
