WACO - The Waco-McLennan County Economic Development Corp. is allocating $225,000 to provide incentives for Florida-based Polyglass.

The company has purchased and is looking to renovate a 150,000-sf former Anheuser-Busch distribution building at 1701 Exchange Pkwy.

The City of Waco and McLennan County are each providing $112,500 for the incentive package.

The company was originally looking in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma market but ultimately chose Waco for its next location.

The company manufactures rolled polymer roofing for commercial buildings and will create 45 positions during the next three years.
