The 64,000-sf office building is at West Ninth St. and Congress Ave. The building is five stories tall and is currently occupied by a number of tenants, including Prosperity Bank and the Sneed Vine & Perry and Wright & Greenhill law firms. The nine-story parking garage is about a block away at 816 Colorado St. Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently leased a former bank drive-through on the garage's ground floor and expects to open soon. The building's entire fourth floor, spanning about 10,500 sf, is currently up for lease. Both the garage and office building had been owned since 1994 by 900 Congress Limited, according to the Travis Central Appraisal District. | Austin American-Statesman
