Dallas, Waco data centers sold for a combined $19M

​​​DALLAS, WACO - ​Zayo has acquired Clearview International, a colocation and cloud infrastructure services provider, for $18.9 million. 

Clearview’s data centers are located in Dallas at 6606 LBJ Fwy.​ and
in Waco at 700 Austin Ave.

The two data centers total 30,000 sf. 

The Clearview acquisition complements the 66,000-sf Dallas data center that Zayo acquired in December 2015. 

Zayo now owns and operates seven data centers in Texas, and a total of 57 facilities in North America and Europe.
