Stream breaks ground on senior community in Copperfield

​​HOUSTON – Stream Realty Partners is developing Soléa ​Copperfield, a 129-unit active senior community at 8300 Queenston Blvd. in the Copperfield area. 

Located at the northeast corner of Queenston Blvd. and Longenbaugh Dr., Soléa Copperfield will have one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 750 to 1,365 sf.

To help keep rents affordable, management will not provide meal plans or dispense medications.

Apartments will be available starting next January.​
