Townsend Square retail under new ownership

​​​DeSOTO – ​Global Fund Investments LLC has sold Townsend Square, a 147,235-sf neighborhood shopping center, to Dallas investor Ron Avneri. 

Townsend Square is currently 67 percent occupied by tenants such as Bealls, Fresenius Medical Care, Chase Bank, Boston Market, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, GNC, and H&R Block.
