IMT picks up multifamily pair

​​​AUSTIN – Locally based Oden Hughes has sold two Class A communities—Landmark Southpark and Lenox Parkview—to Los Angeles-based IMT Capital.

The 285-unit Landmark Southpark opened in 2013 near the southwest corner of S. First St. and Slaughter Ln. at 715 W. Slaughter Ln.

Lenox Parkview, which also has 285 units, opened last year immediately south of Landmark Southpark at 9308 S. First St.

Oden Hughes developed, built, and managed both properties, which offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. ​
