DALLAS – Harwood International’s newest project, the 33-story Bleu Ciel residential tower has broken ground just north of Frost Tower.
The rocky site at the northwest corner of Wolf and McKinnon streets has been completely dug out and is ready for the ultra-luxury residential skyscraper, called Bleu Ciel.
Bleu Ciel will have approximately 158 homes (depending on finish out) within the skyscraper.
Along with condo homes, Bleu Ciel will also have a gourmet grocer, juice bar and bike shop on the ground-floor level of the tower. At the top of the skyscraper, Bleu Ciel will have a two-story diving pool with open views of downtown Dallas.
Harwood International has started vertical construction.
