PLANO – Granite Properties plans to break ground in the next 90 days on its sixth office tower at the 90-acre Granite Park near the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121.
The ten-story, 330,000-sf building will house regional offices for Fannie Mae. The mortgage giant will move over 1,000 North Texas employees into the tower, which will open in October of next year.
Like the other towers in Granite Park, the building was designed by Dallas architect BOKA Powell.
Granite is also working on two more office high-rises in the project.
