Harwood poised to break ground on Bleu Ciel skyscraper

​DALLAS – After over 16 months of planning, locally based Harwood International is ready to start construction on a 33-story, ultra-luxury residential skyscraper. 

The project, called Bleu Ciel, will be at the northwest corner of Wolf and McKinnon streets and will include around 158 homes. 

Along with condo homes, Bleu Ciel will also have a gourmet grocery, juice bar, and bike shop on the ground floor of the tower. At the top of the skyscraper will be a two-story diving pool with open views of downtown.​

Paris-based Wilmotte & Associ​​é​s S.A. is the architect and Hunt Construction Group Inc. is the general contractor on the high-rise project. 

Harwood International plans to start vertical construction April 7.
