FARMERS BRANCH – Villa Creek—a 161-unit multifamily community at 2835 Villa Creek Dr.—has been sold.
The 131,562-sf community includes 15, two-story apartment buildings and was 93.5 percent occupied at closing.The garden-style apartments offer a large unit mix of 89 one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom units.
The complex was built in 1964 and sits on approximately 7.5 acres with significant green space to add community amenities.
Villa Creek Dr. LLC purchased the asset from Villa Creek Associates LLC according to CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties.
