McKINNEY – The McKinney Central Business Park has been purchased by Dallas-based investor, Dalfen America Corp.

Built in 2001, the 201,425-sf industrial campus is a two-building industrial complex at 2010 and 2040 N. Redbud Blvd.

The multi-tenant industrial business park is fully leased and comprised of two light industrial buildings containing tenants such as PODS Enterprises LLC and Dallas Morning News.

The project also includes a 6.5-acre site for future development purposes.

The business park is well located with excellent access off of US-75 North Central Expressway and adjacent to Sam's Club and Walmart.

“These are high-quality properties located in a fast-growing market with excellent demographics and significant barriers to entry,” investor Sean Dalfen said in a prepared statement.
