Westchase office duo sold

​​HOUSTON – Locally based Stone Mountain Properties has acquired two multitenant office buildings totaling 154,704 sf.

The buildings are at 2424 and 2500 Wilcrest near Westheimer in Westchase.

LandPark Advisors represented the buyer. LandPark Commercial will handle leasing and property management.
