DALLAS – Construction is about to kick off on a major addition to downtown Dallas’ landmark Fountain Place skyscraper.
Goddard Investment has filed building permits with the City of Dallas to construct a $37 million garage for the 1.2 million-sf office tower.
The project will be located on the northeast side of Fountain Place between the tower and the Fairmont Hotel.
“The garage will include ten levels, approximately 1,500 spaces with 8,000 to 10,000 sf of restaurant space on the plaza level at the base of the garage fronting the main building lobby,” said Johnny Johnson, executive managing director with Cushman & Wakefield.
Completion is expected to be in third quarter 2017.
