Groovy 1960s-style condos on Horizon for Leander

​LEANDER - ​Leander will soon have a new subdivision with 1960s-style homes.

Construction on the first eight model homes of Starlight Village will be completed by early summer.

The property, 1001 Horizon Park Blvd., will have 29 detached condominiums. 

Starlight Village will include "mid-century modern architecture with 21st century floor plans" ranging from 1,300 to 3,000 sf, with prices starting in the mid-$200,000s range.

Buyers can choose from eight different floor plans and site amenities will include a walking trail, an off-leash dog park, a half-acre nature preserve and a pool pavilion with a deck.

Starlight Village LLC is developing the 5.69-acre property.​
