DENTON – Construction has started on a hospitality project at Rayzor Ranch Town Center, a 400-acre mixed-use development at the corner of 380 and I-35, by O’Reilly Hotel Partners-Denton.

The development features an Embassy Suites Hotel, a 70,000-sf convention center and a Houlihan’s restaurant.
The project—at the Rayzor Ranch Town Center—is set to have 318 suites, convention space, and a grand banquet room for larger events. The convention center meeting and banquet area is planned to be 37,850 sf.
Both the hotel and convention center will be managed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, and will be a key feature of the new Rayzor Ranch Town Center.
The development will be a 600,000-sf, all-open-air retail, dining and entertainment destination that will feature appealing gathering spaces, an amphitheater and much more.
