CYPRESS - Two major businesses have been signed to the Barker Cypress Marketplace at 6960 Barker Cypress Rd., near the FM 529 intersection.
A 21,000-sf PlanetFitness is opening in mid-to-late April. Membership gives guests unlimited access to the 24-hour gym, including class options.
A CVS/pharmacy is also under construction and will open in third quarter 2016.
The CVS, which is taking the site where an H-E-B was formerly located, will offer beauty and personal care items, vitamins, medicine and home health care items.
