DeSOTO – Dallas-based Seva Hospitality will be breaking ground March 28, 2016, on a new Home2 Suites by Hilton at 1300 E. Centre Park Blvd. in the fast growing Eagle Industrial Park.
The groundbreaking ceremonies will be hosted by the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce and will be held on site at 4:00pm on Monday, March 28th.
Following the groundbreaking festivities, attendees can head across the street to Seva Hospitality’s Hampton by Hilton property to enjoy a live band, food and refreshments.
Expected to open in early 2017, the new hotel will boast 100 suite rooms and approximately 4,500 sf of meeting and banquet space.
All Home2 Suites by Hilton guest rooms include separate living and bedroom areas featuring the proprietary Home2 Suites "working wall", which incorporates a kitchen and flexible working/media area.
Additional hotel amenities include a saline-based pool, patios with grills, outdoor seating areas, a 24-hour business center, an exercise trail that circles the property and an integrated guest laundry and exercise space, dry-cleaning and guest laundry services and a convenience and gift shop.
