San Antonio hits the refresh button for Galaxy medical office

​​​SAN ANTONIO –  Galaxy Plaza duo sold! The two, two-story office complex at 8632 Fredericksburg Rd. and 8535 Wurzbach Rd. in Northwest San Antonio has been sold.

San Antonio Commercial Advisor’s Zach Dobin represented the ownership of the 48,636-sf property in the sale. 

The new owner—locally based Galaxy Office Partners LLC, which is headed by Daniel Jacob, Jr.—has retained SACA Associate Sergio Acosta to continue the property’s leasing. 

Galaxy plans to make significant improvements in both class B buildings, which were built in 1981.​​

​The complex is currently 80 percent leased.
