Phase I of Gateway Southwest Industrial Park in Missouri City completed
MISSOURI CITY – Phase I of Gateway Southwest Industrial Park, a 349,000-sf, multi-building development has been completed in Missouri City—on the southwest side of Houston.
Joint venture partners Conor Commercial Real Estate and USAA Real Estate Co. said the first phase consists of two speculative, industrial structures designed and built to provide warehouse and distribution space for single- or multi-tenant uses.
A number of developers, including Hines and Trammell Crow, have started new industrial projects in the Hwy. 90/Beltway eight area in recent months as the southern submarket has gained momentum.
Building one is a 131,560-sf, front-load facility with 28 dock doors, divisible into 31,460-sf segments. Building two offers a cross-dock design with 217,440 sf and 66 dock doors, featuring tenant suites from 54,360 sf.
Phase II at the industrial park will consist of a third building, located on a site that can accommodate up to 176,800 sf for an industrial/logistics facility. It is available for immediate build-to-suit opportunities.
