Cinco Ranch nails down Lowe’s as 100K-SF anchor tenant

​​KATY – Lowe’s Cos. Inc. has signed on as the anchor tenant at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch, a retail development that Thor Equities is developing.

Groundbreaking is set for March 2016, and will be complete in spring 2017.

The 100,000-sf structure will be built on 13.5 acres at 9555 Spring Green Blvd.

The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch has signed one other tenant.

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. will open a store in the retail development. The store will sit on 1.5 acres.
