The 119-acre industrial park, called Park 20/360, will sit at the northwest corner of I-20 and SH 360 in the Great Southwest Industrial submarket, which has 23 percent of the current construction pipeline in North Texas.
Dallas-Fort Worth's vacancy rate for industrial real estate is 6.2 percent, with speculative construction making up 81 percent of the construction pipeline, according to JLL research.
The initial phase of Park 20/360 will include four buildings totaling nearly 1.25 million sf of space.
Construction is slated for completion in early 2017.
The next phase includes four buildings totaling 356,060 sf of industrial space with a delivery expected in 2018. | Dallas Business Journal
