​​ARLINGTON – ​​The industrial arm of Transwestern Development, Ridge Development, will break ground next quarter on the first phase of a 1.6 million-sf industrial park located at the northwest corner of I-20 and SH 36​0. 

Known as Park 20/360, the 119-acre development will consist of eight cross-dock, rear-load, and single-user facilities ranging from 20,000 to 715,000 sf with clear heights of up to 36 feet.

A joint venture of Ridge Development and Invesco, Park 20/360 will be developed in two phases. Phase I will​ total 1.2 million sf across four buildings and be completed in Q1 2017. Phase two will consist of an additional 356,560 sf, also across four buildings. The whole project is slated for delivery in Q2 2018.

The park will serve as a gateway location for the Great Southwest Industrial District, one of the largest individually platted industrial districts in the nation, consisting of over 100 million sf of distribution and manufacturing space.
