Construction starts on Dallas high-rise apartment tower
DALLAS – StreetLights Residential and Tricon Capital Group Inc. have broken ground on a 22-story high-rise apartment community in the Knox Henderson neighborhood.
The McKenzie will be at the corner of Harvard Ave. and Tracy St. and will offer 183 units averaging 1,600 sf. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans and limited penthouse units will range from 990 to 2,700 sf.
Amenities will include a bar, garden room, fitness room, valet service, elevated pool deck, and outdoor dining.
Looney Ricks Kiss Architects is the architect for the project, Linda Tycher & Associates is the landscape architect, and Waldrop + Nichols Studio is the interior designer.
The apartments are scheduled to be available in early 2018.
