More Cowtown shopping coming

​​FORT WORTH –​​ North Carolina-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers will develop a 350,000-sf outlet center at the intersection of I-35W and SH 114.

The retail center will hav​​e ov​​​er 70 outlet stores and will serve as the retail component of Champions Circle, Fine Line Diversified Development’s 279-acre mixed-use commercial development.

Signed tenants include Nike, Banana Republic, Carters, Levi’s, Gap, Express, OshKosh, Ske​chers, and Old Navy. 

Tanger Outlets will bring more than 400 jobs during the construction phase and over 300 full- and part-time jobs on completion.
