DALLAS – Construction has kicked off on the next tower in Dallas’ Cityplace development, a 23-story high-rise on Blackburn St. just west of North Central Expressway.

The tower—which will cost more than $100 million—will have 389 apartments and a 150-room boutique hotel.
Hilton will operate the hotel as one of its new Canopy properties.
The project, which will have retail on the ground floor, is being developed by Forest City Enterprises and Cityplace Co. and is slated to open in 2017.
