WACO – Realtor.com has projected Waco, Texas to be one of the hottest housing markets in the country.
Only two cities in Texas made the top 20 and Waco, Texas ranked #1 and Dallas-Fort Worth ranked #2.
Analysts at Realtor.com were able to determine who made the cut for the top 20 market by looking at how many days the homes stayed on the market and how many people viewed their website.
Homes in Waco were viewed an average of 335 times compared to the national average of 73.
Waco is home to Baylor University where the Baylor Bears live.

The rankings are based on the number of active listings viewed on Realtor.com website and the average number of days the home sits on the market.
