DALLAS – Centurion American Development Group has purchased 94 acres in far southern Dallas for a mixed-use project.

The developers bought the land to add to the 200 acres it already owns at the northwest corner of I-20 and Lancaster Rd.
The property is being planned for a combination of retail, townhouse and apartment projects and will be called University Hills.
The planned retail and housing development is located in an area seeing significant industrial development with new employers moving into the I-20 corridor.
