EL PASO - Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® (GEPAR) reports median single-family home price down -6.4% in Feb-16 over Jan-16, sales climb to 321.
The data released March 10, 2016 show the median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $117,000 down -6.4% vs Jan-16.
Existing single-family home sales increased 14.2% from Jan-16 for a Feb-16 total of 321 sold units.
Condos decreased in price to $84,000 down to -18.4% vs Jan-16.
Existing condo sales increased 18.8% in Feb-16 over Jan-16 for a total of 19 sold units.
Data was released March 10, 2016.
