AUSTIN – The University Park office building at the former Concordia University site north of downtown Austin has a new owner.
Officials with Lionstone-Hermes Real Estate Venture said Friday the partnership has purchased the eight-story building at I-35 and 32nd St.
The building is located at 3300 N. I-35 near the University of Texas campus in Austin’s Central submarket.
The seller was San Francisco-based Spear Street Capital.
The building, with 206,657 sf, is 94 percent leased with tenants including Google, ESPN, WeWork and Evernote.
