How Houston area cities fared in Feb. housing sales (hint: up)

​​​​​​HOUSTON AREA CITIES - ​In Feb. 2016, the median price of existing single-family homes increased to $205,000 up 0.7% vs Jan-16, according to Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR). Existing single-family home sales increased 16.3% from Jan-16 for a Feb-16 total of 4,621 sold units. 

Condos increased in price to $158,000 up 2.9% vs Jan-16. Existing condo sales decreased -2.0% in Feb-16 over Jan-16 for a total of 439 sold units.​ ​Released Mar. 10, 2016​.
