​SAN ANTONIO - ​The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has released home sales data for February 2016.

Quick facts include:

• ​The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $177,000, up 1.7 percent from January 2016 to February 2016.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 17.1 percent from January 2016 for a February 2016 total of 1,511 units sold.
