Houston’s 37K-SF Briar Lake Village shopping center sold

​HOUSTON – Berkeley Land Co. sold the Briar Lake Village shopping center at 10455 Briar Forest Dr. in Houston’s Westchase District to a private investor.

​The two-story retail center measures 36,729 sf and was 85 percent leased to 12 tenants at the time of the sale. 

Current tenants that occupy the center are Capital One Bank, Luchi & Joey’s, Subway, Palazzo’s Trattoria, Tiff’s Treats, Modemo, Advanced Orthodontics, Kolache Factory, Comerica Bank and Newmark Homes.
