NORTH RICHLAND HILLS – The 241-unit multifamily community of Courtyards on Glenview has been acquired, according to CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties.
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS – The 241-unit multifamily community of Courtyards on Glenview has been acquired, according to CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties.EB Real Estate Group, LLC purchased the 252,087-sf asset from Courtyards on Glenview L.P.
The complex—located at 4401 Glenview Court—features large units with an average size of 1,046 sf and was 93 percent occupied at closing.
