New Braunfels: ‘Logistics’ hammered out for 397,600-SF, Class A warehouse

​NEW BRAUNFELS – USAA Real Estate Co. and Stream Realty
Partners have plans to develop I-35 Logistics Center, a 397,600-sf, Class A warehouse
in the heart of a booming industrial market.

Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of April,
with delivery expected in December.

With access and visibility from the interstate, the
warehouse will be built on a 30-acre site along the I-35 frontage road nine miles
north of the TriCounty Business Park in Schertz.

The logistics center will be marketed with
spaces ranging from the entire facility’s 397,600 sf to as little as 87,000 sf,
which would accommodate as many as four tenants.
