Corsicana former Anchor Glass property sold to Polyguard

​​​​CORSICANA, NAVARRO COUNTY - Binswanger announce the sale of a 388,561-sf single-story industrial property on 34.3 acres situated at 1901 South US Hwy. 287​.​

The property was purchased by Polyguard Products Inc.

Polyguard is a manufacturer that specializes in products that protect surfaces and structures from moisture, water and other undesired substances. 

Polyguard plans to increase its production capabilities, and the new building—which more than doubles the company’s current building assets—is in line with Polyguard’s long-term plans. 

Polyguard is a 100 percent employee owned company that has been in operation for over 60 years.

The property is located at the intersection of I-45 South and US Hwy. 287 South.​
