Del Webb The Woodlands markets to residents 55 or older

​​THE WOODLANDS – Del Webb, a national brand of PulteGroup Inc., has begun selling homes at its community for residents ages 55 or older.

The age-restricted community, dubbed Del Webb The Woodlands, sits on 200 acres located five miles from I-45 on FM 1488.

It is slated to include 550 homes, expansive open spaces, large trees and water features.

Homes range in price from the $270,000s to the $350,000s.

Four model homes have been completed, and the amenity center is slated to be open in early 2017.​
