PLANO - Developer Granite Properties has filed plans with the City of Plano for three more office buildings in its Granite Park business campus at the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121.

The largest of the buildings would be 18 stories with 500,000 sf, according to the development plans.

A 12-story and a six-story building are also planned along Parkwood Blvd. south of Hwy. 121.

In total the additions would add more than 1 million sf of office space to the Granite Park development.

Granite Properties has built five office buildings and a full-service Hilton Hotel in the mixed-use development, which is across the street from the new Legacy West project. There’s also a retail and restaurant strip.

Mortgage giant Fannie Mae has selected Granite Park to consolidate its North Texas offices. The government-owned mortgage company plans to rent about 300,000 sf of office space in the project.
