SPRING – Kimco Realty Corp. has secured Target as anchor tenant for the company’s new 450,000-sf open-air shopping center planned at the Grand Pkwy. and Kuykendahl Rd. interchange.
Target Corp. acquired 9.2 acres for the development of the new store within Grand Parkway Marketplace. The ground-up project is slated to break ground this summer and open in spring 2017.
