270-unit Houston multifamily community changes hands

​​HOUSTON – ​​​Gaia Real Estate has sold Ranch at City Park, a 270-unit, Class A multifamily community to a Chicago-based private equity group.

The community is situated on 13.76 acres at 11900 City Park Central Ln. and includes one- and two-bedroom units averaging 893 sf.

Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, picnic and grilling area, fitness center, clubhouse, game room with billiards table, theater room, cyber​ cafe, and detached garages.
