San Antonio: Univision radio station tuning to different wavelength

​SAN ANTONIO – The former Univision radio station in Acequia
Plaza will air a different tune now that the property has been acquired by
Encore Enterprises.

Encore, a Dallas-based commercial real estate investment firm, purchased the two-parcel downtown site from 3N Management Development.

The multi-use property is just two blocks away from the
Bexar County Courthouse and is bordered by South Flores to the west, South Main
to the east and Stumberg St. to the north.

The parcel at 304 S. Flores St. is nearly 1.2 acres, and the
one at 308 S. Flores St. spans close to 2.1 acres.

As it currently stands, the former site is used
as a commercial parking lot, and the latter is an office building.
