​BRYAN - CHI St. Joseph Health and the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine broke ground on a two-story, 23,000-sf care center in Bryan's ATLAS development.

MatureWell Lifestyle Center will offer a variety of outpatient services to seniors in its complex when it opens in 2017.

The center will offer a board-certified geriatrician, onsite pharmacists, rehabilitation services, health and wellness coaching, a gym an​d indoor pool, nutrition, disease and lifestyle management and more.

The care center will be within the ATLAS planned development—an extension of the Traditions Club and Community—where the Stella Hotel is under construction and shops and restaurants are planned.

Parc at Traditions, a senior community with a combination of independent living, assisted-living and memory care, will also open in 2017 and work alongside MatureWell.
