DALLAS – Amli Residential of Chicago is the new owner of 1400 Hi Line, the 24-story apartment building at Stemmons Fwy. and Hi Line Dr. just north of Victory Park.
The 314-unit tower, which has been renamed Amli Design District, was built by PM Realty Group and the National Electric Benefit Fund, a retirement account for electrical contractors.
It is valued for property taxes at close to $70 million.
