DALLAS – Niagara Bottling—one of the largest producers of private label bottled water and other beverages—has leased a 630,000-sf industrial building from Crow Holdings Capital Partners.
The warehouse at on I-20 at Grady Niblo Rd. is part of Crow’s 87-acre Mountain Creek industrial park which was started in 2014.
The lease represents a significant expansion for Niagara, which already has a large facility in the same area of Southwest Dallas.
Niagara Bottling will use the building at one Mountain Creek Parkway as a regional distribution center for its water and flavored drinks.
Last year, the DFW area had the second-highest warehouse space demand in the country with 16.5 million sf of net leasing.
More than 23 million sf of warehouse space is being built in the area and more than half of the development is speculative construction.
