HOUSTON - Madison/Foley LLC plans to launch a new master-planned community on 461 acres of purchased undeveloped land off Foley Rd.

The developers will embark on Sundance Cove, the largest master-planned community proposed along the east shoreline of Lake Houston.

Sundance Cove will offer approximately 1,200 homes from the $200,000s to $400,000.

Madison/Foley is in discussions with three home builders—Lennar, DR Horton and Meritage Homes—to build the first phase of 450 homes, priced around the $200,000s to $250,000s, on 140 acres.
The new community will feature a clubhouse on the lake with a resident boat dock, infinity edge pool, a children’s pool and more.

Developers are working with the local Crosby Independent School District to build an elementary school on site.

The developer plans to break ground on the new community in summer 2016 and deliver its first lots in third quarter 2017.
