IRVING - An affiliate of Addison-based Behringer—Behringer Harvard Las Colinas LP— has sold the three-building Las Colinas Commons Office Park on West Walnut Hill Lane.

The 17.25-acre Las Colinas campus has almost 240,000 sf of buildings at 1525, 1555 and 1621 W. Walnut Hill Lane near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Strong leasing during the last few years has dropped overall office vacancy in the Las Colinas area to around 13 percent. And only a few large blocks of office space are on the market for tenants.

"Las Colinas continues to be one of Dallas-Fort Worth's most active leasing markets, with consistent positive absorption and a high volume of large users choosing the submarket," said  Fletcher Cordell, a principal at Transwestern.

"Further, its proximity to DFW Airport and major highways will draw in tenants from throughout the Metroplex," he added.
