DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Dallas-based Billingsley Co. will be expanding the $3.5 billion Cypress Waters mixed-use development in Dallas and Irving with the developer’s most "upscale" building yet.
The speculative office building—a four-story, 225,000-sf building at 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd.—will have a glass facade in excess of 50 percent of the building.
Billingsley expects to break ground on its latest speculative office building in March, which will bring the four-story office building and a detached parking garage with high parking ratio of a 5.5 parking spaces per 1,000 sf to Cypress Waters.
Cypress Waters has been a major corporate magnet for companies, which include OneSource Virtual, CoreLogic, 7-Eleven Inc. and a Toyota Group spinoff.
