​​​DALLAS – Billingsley Company is developing a 325,600-sf, build-to-suit office building for CoreLogic on almost 21 acres at the intersection of Hackberry Rd. and Ranch Trail.

Slated for completion in April 2017, the four-story, Class A property will be fully leased to California-based Cor​​eLogic.

The development is within Billingsley's Cypress Waters master-planned community, a 1,000-acre waterfront development with office, multifamily housing, and retail along I-635. 

HFF secured construction financing, placing the fixed-rate loan with Regions Bank. Financing includes a two-year construction loan plus multiple extension option.
