83 acres in Frisco slated for mixed-use

FRISCO – A major mixed-use development called Frisco Crossing is underway at US 380 and FM 423.

The 83-acre retail, apartment, and office project has been in the works for over a year. Rudman Partnership is planning more than a dozen retail, restaurant, apartment, and commercial buildings, as well as a park with walking trails and a "restaurant green" with parking for food trucks.

Frisco Crossing will have as many as 750 apartments in two large buildings.

Rudman will start with the retail portion of the development. Hodges Architecture has done the design work.
